Concorde offer a home delivery and installation service for a wide variety of small to large consumer products - furniture, electronics, fitness equipment, appliances and other items that require specialized handling or a time-sensitive delivery.

Unpack Assemble
Remove packaging material

Collection and Returns
Including inspection of product at point of collection Return to our warehouse

Once the order is passed to our customer service team we manage the order through to completion, Our customer service team, utilising our in-house planning and scheduling tool, manage communication with the consumer to agree a convenient delivery day.

On day of delivery our delivery crews will contact the end customer to advise a 2 hour window for delivery. Following completion we send a positive confirmation of delivery.
