Quality is an integral part of all our operations. From business acquisition and process design, through project planning and implementation, to after sales support and central administration.

Concorde views quality management as a business enabler and places quality driven processes at the core of all our services and procedures. Details of our Quality System are available on request. The company quality policy is reproduced below.

The Quality Management System in place at Concorde provides the framework not only for controlling the operational activities we undertake, but also the mechanism through which the service we provide improves on an ongoing basis. Operational and management reviews are the forum through which quality objectives are established against the requirements described in this policy. Our systems and processes enable performance to be monitored over time, and the analysis of this data through operational and management reviews against our objectives ultimately leads to the identification of potential improvements, corrective and preventive actions.
